How long have you worked at King's?

Just over 11 years

What are your primary responsibilities day-to-day?

My biggest priority is our owner, Charlie Rohde.  He runs an intense schedule between providing strong leadership to our people and addressing day-to-day internal as well as his extensive involvement in our community, extending his time on several local boards. I help to ensure he is where he needs to be at the appropriate time with the relevant information he needs. In addition, I support our office and organization daily with an attitude of; “yes is the answer, what is the question?”

What’s your favorite part about working at King’s?

Hands down, the people.  We have so many positive influencers, it’s hard to not get on board with their drive.  Being able to raise a family under the family-owned umbrella provides that added support to provide the work / life balance that is crucial to our family.  As we hit age milestones with our girls, I feel like they are right alongside us.

What’s one of the most memorable projects you’ve worked on while at King’s?

Although I’m not in the actual field working [and shouldn’t be trusted to], I am honored to have been a part of the company growth over the years.  We have acquired companies, created new positions, and added incredibly talented people to our team.

What would your walk-up song be if you were a baseball player?

Thunderstruck by AC/DC!!
